CULTIVATING COLLEGIALITY…A process for guiding your school along the pathway to professionalism.

An amazing capacity-building, school improvement process, Cultivating Collegiality increases effectiveness by setting and meeting improvement goals in the areas where your school has the greatest needs.

We’ll work with participants to identify essential areas for improvement, pinpoint which are the most critical, guide you through goal setting and action planning, and provide you with the skills and processes to sustain.  Then once we’re gone, we’ll follow-up to ensure success!

Cultivating Collegiality can be applied to your entire staff or to any group within your school, including your school board or parent organization.

…WHAT MAKES CULTIVATING COLLEGIALITY UNIQUE? Cultivating Collegiality involves the stakeholders at your school during every step of the process, thereby ensuring improvement goals and action plans center on the priorities you’ve identified, maximizing success.

Involvement leads to one success after another.  Buy-in, trust, commitment, collaboration, professionalism, and mutual respect are the building blocks of collegiality.  We foster those skills so that your school can remain on the pathway to excellence.
